Website for Stoneking von Storch Architects

We worked with the architecture firm Stoneking von Storch to redesign their website into an experience that accurately reflects the quality of their work. This amazing creative team designs thoughtful, beautiful spaces and buildings that celebrate the environment around them. Putting together their extensive portfolio for this new site was a visual delight!

They are currently working on projects in Washington DC, Charlottesville, and other cities in the US.

We were doing all right with the thing we do- designing buildings and such. But our online image was a bit of a wreck- outdated, disconnected, boring.

We engaged Nathalie Pincham of Brightworks Studio to take a look at our website. We realized a new one made sense but didn’t know where to begin. So we just told Nathalie our story. We talked about how we felt about architecture, and design- what we wanted people to know about us. We shared our visual tastes and ideas about our “look-and-feel”. As designers ourselves, we were a bit picky.

Enter Nathalie’s remarkable listening skills and creative talent. She has a gift to not only understand impassioned expressions but to return with a website design that captures all of it- and in a beautiful, elegant way.

Nathalie brought more to the table than we expected, prompting us about social media, explaining search engine tactics- things we hadn’t thought through. Her work integrated our new site with Google, Facebook, Houzz and more. We learned how to manage the content and can make changes now in-house.

Nathalie is fast and thorough and a delight to work with. I think my favorite part of working with her is that she shares an enthusiasm about getting it right.
We couldn’t be more pleased. Our site is fast, smart and useful. I feel a great sense of pride about it and send people to it all the time. It’s truly an integral part of how we tell our story to our prospective clients. The sense of renewal and the burst of energy that came with our updated web presence has been a big boost to our firm.
